李庆端,博士,特聘研究员。


2015年7月毕业于华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室,获工学博士学位;2015年-2018年于深圳大学从事博士后研究;2018年6月于澳门沙金网址js500工作至今。

 

研究方向

有机半导体器件与器件物理:有机小分子太阳能电池、聚合物太阳能电池、非富勒烯太阳能电池等器件制备及器件物理研究。

硅基/有机杂化太阳能电池:硅基表面纳米结构制备及钝化,PEDOT:PSS改性处理及其在硅/有机杂化电池中的应用,溶液法制备黒磷量子点及其在硅基/有机杂化器件中的应用。

 

主持项目:

国家自然科学基金青年基金,氟取代对非富勒烯聚合物双层加工太阳电池的影响:相互作用参数与垂直分布的研究,2021年01月01日 -- 2023年12月31日,在研,主持。
